Property law
I have extensive professional experience in the transfer of ownership of real estate, including the drafting of sale and gift agreements. Given that one of my main areas of practice is debt collection and recovery, I have substantial expertise in preparing real estate sale and purchase agreements involving encumbered properties (subject to enforcement, mortgage or other charges). In such cases, the protection of both sellers and buyers through appropriate legal safeguards must be given special emphasis. In addition to the above, I also undertake the drafting of lease, maintenance and life annuity agreements, as well as the administration of matters related to condominium properties.
Debt collection
I have been working in the field of debt collection for more than ten years. Initially, I represented creditors, and since becoming an attorney, I have been providing legal representation for both creditors and debtors in matters related to receivables management. During an initial consultation, I assess the client’s situation and, after a thorough review, present the advantages and disadvantages of the available legal remedies. Based on this assessment, I assist in selecting the most appropriate debt recovery procedure — such as payment order proceedings, liquidation proceedings, or the enforcement of claims through litigation. Choosing the proper procedure is of key importance, as each option involves different costs and timeframes. On the debtor’s side, my aim is to prevent enforcement proceedings by initiating contact and negotiating with the potential claimant, always acting with the client’s best interests in mind.
Corporate Law
If all necessary information is available to initiate the company formation process, I undertake the preparation of the required documents within a short timeframe. In the case of a simplified incorporation (based on the statutory model articles of association), registration may be completed within a few hours, while traditional incorporations are generally registered within approximately ten days. Simplified company formation is available where the founding members intend to include in the articles of association only such provisions and data as are contained in the statutory model. In the event of an amendment to the company’s constitutive document, I provide full legal advice and prepare all documents necessary for the modification of the articles of association, representing the company before the court of registration in connection with the notification of changes. The operation of a business frequently requires the preparation of new agreements tailored to evolving needs. In this regard, I also undertake the drafting of business and agency contracts, as well as other documents related to the activities of companies.
Family Law
There is perhaps no other field of law where reaching an agreement between the opposing parties is as essential as in family law. This is because such cases often involve individuals who are unable to represent themselves or their own interests — namely, children. I always strive to bring the parties to the negotiation table to reach a settlement that satisfies both sides and, where applicable, serves the best interests of the children. Only if such an agreement cannot be achieved will the dispute be resolved through court proceedings. Clients may confidently turn to me not only in matters concerning divorce and its related issues, but also in cases arising from the dissolution of domestic partnerships — including child custody, access and contact arrangements, child maintenance, and the enforcement of property-related claims.
Inheritance Law
Inheritance matters often involve not only legal but also emotional complexity. My aim is to assist clients in navigating these sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. I provide comprehensive legal services in inheritance law and probate proceedings, including the drafting and execution of wills, representation in probate and estate administration cases, and the settlement of inheritance disputes among heirs. I also assist clients in preparing succession plans and agreements to ensure the orderly transfer of assets and to prevent future conflicts among family members.
